A sample of our tenants application form is available here. This will be required back fully completed once you have viewed and chosen to take up a tenancy with our agency.
All tenants are required to provide the following:-
- A copy of your ID (passport, driving licence...)
- A recent utility bill at your current address (gas, electricity, council tax...)
- A reference from your employer confirming your status.
- A professional reference from your current landlord or professional person having known you for a minimum of 5 years.
- For those self employed a copy of your last years trading accounts will be needed.
- Tenants aged under 25yrs may be asked to provide a garantor to the tenancy.
- An administration charge is made on a one off basis £100.00 per tenancy.
